Overview Razorfish is seeking a Senior Designer to support fast‑turn creative needs across internal communications, social content, and our broader design ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in same‑day creative workflows and brings strong design‑system thinking to a highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities Design internal communications including presentations, announcements, culture moments, and leadership messaging. Create quick‑turn social content with same‑day delivery and rapid‑response creative. Maintain a scalable design ecosystem across internal and social touchpoints. Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate business needs into compelling visuals. Ensure brand consistency while evolving visual language for internal audiences. Design end‑to‑end across social, digital, and internal channels using established systems. Present work to leadership with clarity and confidence. Manage multiple fast‑moving projects with strong attention to detail. Stay current on trends and emerging design tools. Qualifications 5-7 years of hands‑on design experience (agency, in‑house, or both) Strong foundation in design systems, typography, layout, color, and accessibility Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite ; comfortable working within brand guidelines Motion design and/or 3D experience is a plus AI tool/Workflow experience is a plus A strong portfolio that showcases your eye for layout, typography, color, interaction, system design, strong craft, clear thinking, and problem‑solving High standards, sharp attention to detail, and genuine passion for the work Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and ability to independently prioritize on behalf of the team Proven success in driving multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work Please include resume with portfolio link Additional information The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
