What You Will Do

• Design user-centric interfaces that enhance the contract review experience.
• Collaborate closely with legal experts and AI engineers to create intuitive design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve workflows.
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs and enhance user satisfaction.
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to keep the product at the forefront of the industry.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience in a design role, preferably within tech or legal technology.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers.

Compensation and Benefits
