Premier Brands Group Holdings has a great opportunity for a Senior Designer. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Position Summary
The Senior Designer will lead the design and development process across assigned categories while driving seasonal concept direction, mentoring junior team members, and partnering closely with leadership on brand strategy and business growth initiatives. This role requires strong creative vision, leadership capability, and advanced product development expertise.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead seasonal concept and product development for assigned categories
• Drive trend research, color direction, fabric development, and silhouette strategy
• Oversee design execution from concept through production handoff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas vendors and mills
• Lead fittings and communicate design direction and fit intent
• Present concepts, seasonal direction, and assortments to executive leadership
• Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, production, technical design, and sales
• Mentor and oversee Designers, Associates, and Assistants
• Manage development calendars and ensure milestone execution
• Identify opportunities for product innovation and business growth
• Support key customer meetings, market appointments, and line presentations
