Concur Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Developer at our Bellevue, WA location responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, and quality assurance of specific SAP product features in a development team. Resolves complex issues within own area of expertise and supports others in resolving issues. Provide application implementation services typically within the boundaries of specifications and project plans. Design activities include requirements analysis and design documentation. Implementation activities include implementation, testing, and integration. Maintenance activities include error analysis and removal. Extends, modifies or adapts existing designs but may also be involved in the development of new (sub-) systems. If acting as Scrum Master in the LEAN context, responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. Serve as 'servant-leader' for the Product Owner and the Development Team. Facilitate Scrum Events on request or as required. Coach the Development Team in self-organization. Remove impediments to the Development Team's progress.
BASE SALARY RANGE: $140,624 to $239,008 per year
COMP RANGE INCLUSIVE OF BASE SALARY & VARIABLE INCENTIVE TARGET: $159,800 to $271,600 per year
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hrs/wk - Hybrid Work Model.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of study and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Employer will accept one year of experience in the job offered in lieu of one year of education for a Bachelor’s degree. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
· Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:
o Architect features requirements
o Frontend Development;
o UX design fundamentals;
o Typescript and Javascript; and
o CSS, Node, or GraphQL.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $140,624 - $239,008. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $159,800 - $271,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
