Senior DeveloperDuration: 3+ Months extendable)Location: RemoteJob SummaryThis role focuses on supporting technology decisions, improving developer productivity, and accelerating solution delivery. The position is primarily hands-on development, with some involvement in architecture.Key Responsibilities Develop scalable, flexible, and resilient applications in collaboration with product teams Support application re-architecture for serverless and containerized environments Perform hands-on coding, debugging, and code reviews Ensure code quality, security, accessibility (508), and compliance standards Collaborate with development and business teams to understand system design Develop and maintain application templates and enhancements Perform unit testing, code analysis, and participate in review sessions Conduct gap analysis and impact assessment Support POCs, new initiatives, and technical documentation Communicate technical issues, root cause, and solutions effectively Follow all policies including HIPAA complianceRequired Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of software development experience Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies Experience troubleshooting custom and standard applicationsTechnical Requirements (Must-Have) Strong experience with Progress ABL (OpenEdge) Hands-on coding with JavaScript and Bash Experience with Progress Development Studio and OpenEdge Application Server Experience with code reviews, debugging, and application enhancementsPreferred Qualifications Healthcare domain experience (mandatory); pharmacy experience is a plus Experience with COTS tools (Salesforce, Pega, MuleSoft, Oracle EBS, Cognos, etc.) Experience with SSO and IAM integrations Knowledge of application security and vulnerability management Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Oracle Cloud, IBM Cloud) Familiarity with Jira and Bitbucket Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills
