Senior Developer – SuccessFactors Talent Management & Learning
Location: Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Ideal Candidate
Must possess 5+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors applications.
Experience with Perceptyx, Korn Ferry, or other Talent Management / Learning platforms is highly preferred.
SuccessFactors certification is highly preferred.

The Senior Developer – SuccessFactors Talent Management & Learning will design, configure, develop, support, and maintain enterprise Talent Management and Learning applications while partnering closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and software vendors.
The successful candidate will lead application configurations, software releases, production support, incident management, system enhancements, testing, deployment, and continuous improvements supporting enterprise Talent Management and Learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Configure SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management and Learning modules.
Develop and deploy application enhancements.
Support application upgrades and new releases.
Provide production support and issue resolution.
Configure enterprise HR applications.
Perform application testing and quality assurance.
Support integrations and system implementations.
Manage incident tickets and user requests.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Product, and Business teams.
Partner with software vendors.
Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions.
Support enterprise Talent Management and Learning initiatives.
Maintain application documentation and best practices.
Drive continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of SuccessFactors application experience.
Strong SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management experience.
Strong SAP SuccessFactors Learning experience.
Experience configuring SuccessFactors applications.
Experience supporting enterprise HR systems.
Experience with application development and deployment.
Experience with application testing and quality assurance.
Experience with production support and incident management.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
