Amazon operates a world-class network of large, technologically advanced fulfillment centers across North America. The North American Operations (NA Ops) Real Estate Team is responsible for strategic development, acquisition, and disposition of all facilities in the Amazon Fulfillment Network.
The Senior Development Manager will be a key part of the NA Ops Real Estate Team, responsible for leading the acquisition and development of industrial real estate to support the continued expansion of Amazon"s North America Customer Fulfillment (NACF) network. This individual must be comfortable operating on both strategic and tactical levels, driving end-to-end transaction execution from initial site identification through lease or purchase execution for large, complex fulfillment center projects. The role requires deep expertise in commercial real estate transactions, strong financial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex deal structures while maintaining alignment with Amazon"s long-term network strategy.
