Title: Senior Development Operations Analyst

The Senior Development Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Major Gifts, Grants and Foundations, and Planned Giving teams at KQED by managing and optimizing the organization’s donor database for Major Gifts, Planned Giving, and Grants and Foundations donors, and supporting KQED’s philanthropy campaigns. The Senior Development Operations Analyst reports to the Director of Development Operations. This position ensures accurate data collection and entry, analyzes data, and provides insights to inform fundraising strategies. The Senior Development Operations Analyst will generate reports and dashboards, maintain data integrity, and is essential for optimizing data-driven fundraising strategies.
This role is a hybrid work position, with three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) at KQED’s San Francisco office and two days work-from-home (with occasional exceptions). As part of our year-end fundraising efforts, this position should be available to work in the office during the last two weeks of December, except for major holidays. This role will work hybrid between working in KQED's newly renovated headquarters and working remotely.
