Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and automation for a SaaS Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and automation, with the ability to work closely with Engineering, Security, and Product teams. Strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to take direction from leadership are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Manage and automate cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Deploy and support scalable development, testing, staging, and production environments using Docker and containerized workflows.
- Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to improve deployment and operational efficiency.
- Build infrastructure and integrations supporting APIs, third-party platforms, automated testing, security scanning, and compliance requirements.
- Implement observability, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting solutions to maintain platform reliability and performance.
Must-Have Skills:- 5+ years of DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience with strong hands-on experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Expert-level Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible, along with production experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and containerized CI/CD and testing environments.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell, with excellent infrastructure troubleshooting capabilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:- Experience supporting SaaS or multi-tenant platforms at scale and integrating multiple third-party platforms through APIs.
- Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, or Saviynt.
- Experience with disaster recovery, security/compliance automation, NIST 800-53 controls, or certifications such as CKA, Terraform Associate, or cloud professional certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.
- 10+ years of overall relevant IT experience with strong DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience.
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog and API testing/integration patterns.
- Strong communication, collaboration, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively with Engineering, Security, Product, and leadership teams while taking direction and driving execution.
