About the Role

Our client is seeking two experienced Senior DevOps Engineers to support a client-facing enterprise engagement. These engineers will add execution capacity to an established DevOps team, helping fulfill prioritized requests, provision Microsoft Azure infrastructure, support CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot complex technical issues within established engineering and change-management processes.

This is a hands-on position with direct visibility to key stakeholders. Both engineers will share the same core responsibilities and may be assigned across infrastructure provisioning, pipeline development, operational support, troubleshooting, and remediation based on business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute prioritized DevOps requests from intake through implementation, validation, deployment, and closure.

• Provision, configure, and modify Microsoft Azure infrastructure using Terraform, including networking, security, identity, storage, data, and Azure Kubernetes Service environments.

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, incorporating appropriate testing, security, approval, and release controls.

• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure, pipeline, deployment, Kubernetes, and environment-related issues.

• Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues.

• Collaborate with engineers, requestors, and ServiceNow stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, communicate status, and document completed work.

• Support reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure within established enterprise change-management processes.

• Assist with operational support and remediation efforts based on evolving business priorities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure management.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

• Advanced experience with Jenkins, including CI/CD pipeline development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service, AKS.

• Experience working with ServiceNow.

• Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, and Bash.

• Strong infrastructure troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant DevOps experience.

• Experience working within enterprise engineering and change-management frameworks.

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a stakeholder-facing delivery environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and technical requests simultaneously.

• Retail industry experience preferred.
