Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile/DevOps delivery, CI/CD enablement, and modern application development, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and compliant solutions from concept to release.

Responsibilities:

  • Code solutions and implement automated unit tests to meet acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
  • Design, develop, and modify architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while maintaining architectural integrity.
  • Mentor software engineers and coach teams on CI/CD practices and toolchain automation.
  • Refine stories, define requirements, and estimate effort across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Execute proofs of concept to validate new approaches or mitigate risk.
  • Automate manual release activities and improve deployment reliability.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated integration, regression, and performance test suites.
  • Ensure solutions meet product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt.
  • Troubleshoot build and setup failures and drive resolution.
  • Deliver functionality aligned to technology expectations for quality, performance, reliability, and timelines.
  • Communicate status and risks to technology partners on a frequent cadence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to understand complex application architectures to establish CI, CD, and continuous testing.
  • Hands-on DevOps experience with Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, unit testing frameworks, Artifactory, and Ansible. Experience with Datical and release orchestration preferred.
  • Application development experience in one or more: Python, MongoDB, Redis, React, Impala, Spark, Autosys, Shell scripting, REST services, containers.
  • Strong Unix/Linux expertise, including LDAP-based authentication and clustering.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture principles and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Experience level: 5+ years in relevant engineering and DevOps roles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Frameworks and tooling for AI/ML applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and development in cloud environments.

Productivity Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
