Working on this project will provide you an opportunity to participate in the technological modernization of a large financial institution creating a product that will have millions of users and obtain relevant experience in Agile software development.Position InfoWe are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with AWS to help build and enhance scalable systems that improve the customer experience. In this role you will be responsible for automating build test and deployment pipelines for the platform ensuring reliable delivery processes and solutions that align with business and customer needs.TechnologiesResponsibilities Design build and maintain robust CICD pipelines using GitLab CI and TeamCity. Develop and manage reusable pipeline components modules templates patterns and shared jobs to promote efficiency and consistency. Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform for AWS environments. Implement and support release strategies blue-green canary feature flags and Git workflows GitFlow trunk-based. Utilize Git tools and practices for version control branching strategies and code collaboration. Build and maintain monitoring and visualization solutions for pipeline health performance and deployment metrics. Develop automation scripts and tools in Bash Python andor PowerShell to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual effort. Collaborate with development teams to integrate CICD best practices and ensure quality gate adherence. Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Contribute to the design and maintenance of reporting dashboards for quality performance and deployment status.Requirements 8 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps CICD or automation engineering role. Strong practical experience with GitLab CI for pipeline orchestration. Solid understanding of release strategies and Git workflows in a collaborative environment. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for Cloud Providers. Strong codingscripting skills. Kubernetes expertise. Experience with scripting to automate manual tasks and developing AI solutions knowledge of relevant libraries would be highly valuable. Hands-on experience with AWS core services EC2 S3 IAM VPC ECSEKS Lambda etc.. Knowledge of pipeline optimization reusable components and modular CICD design. Ability to develop automation solutions beyond simple scripting - tooling internal apps or process automation. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive iterative improvement mindset. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Additional Requirements Experience with monitoring platforms Prometheus Grafana CloudWatch Datadog etc.. Experience with Amazon Bedrock. Familiarity with containerization Docker and orchestration ECS. Knowledge of configuration management Ansible Chef Puppet. Previous exposure to financial services or regulated environments. Experience in the finance domain.
