**Role Summary**
We are looking for a **Senior DevOps Lead** who is **hands-ontechnically** and can also **lead delivery** for a DataOps team.
This role owns automation, reliability, CI/CD and operational excellence
for data platforms while coordinating projects and stakeholders end-to-end.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead **DevOps** practices for DE DataOps team across data platforms.
+ Designand maintain **CI/CD pipelines** for data workloads.
+ Drive **automation, monitoring, and reliability (SRE practices)** initiatives **.**
+ Implement **Infrastructure-as-Code** and secure deployments
+ Own **incident management, MTTR improvement, and platform stability**
+ Managedelivery, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
+ Partnerwith Data Engineering, Platform, and Security teams
**Required Skills &Experience**
+ 10+years in **DevOps / Platform Engineering**
+ Stronghands-on experience with Azure core data platform.
+ Expertisein **CI/CD, IaC, automation, monitoring**
+ Experiencesupporting **Data Engineering platforms** (batch/streaming)
+ Strongscripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
+ Experiencewith **Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Databricks**
+ Provenexperience **leading teams and projects**

salary range for the tagged location is 130K to 140K per annum. This role may
be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or
