What You Will Do
Develop and implement strategies to enhance developer engagement and community growth.
Create and manage technical content, including tutorials, documentation, and webinars, to support developers using the platform.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather insights and feedback from the developer community.
Utilize Python, Go, and JavaScript to build and maintain developer tools and integrations.
Analyze community metrics and feedback to optimize outreach efforts and improve developer experiences.
Advocate for developers internally, ensuring their needs are met in product development and marketing strategies.
Ideal Candidate Background
2–5 years of experience in developer relations, technical marketing, or a similar role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
Preferred
Experience in building and managing developer communities or advocacy programs.
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and growth initiatives.
Knowledge of best practices in technical content creation and community engagement.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $175K to $250K, complemented by equity options of 0.1% to 0.4%. This company offers a collaborative remote work environment and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the AI space.
