Shape the Standard for Automotive Care in Provo

For more than 30 years, our locally owned and operated repair facility has served the Provo, Utah community with integrity, precision, and pride. Our shop is spotless, fully outfitted with modern equipment, and powered by a tight-knit team that supports one another like family.

What a Day Looks Like

You roll into a clean, well-organized bay, open Alldata and Mitchell OnDemand to map out a drivability concern, and isolate the root cause with advanced diagnostic equipment. You collaborate with a service advisor to explain your findings, outline recommended repairs, and answer a customer’s questions with confidence and clarity. You knock out complex work across multiple makes—engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, steering, HVAC—then verify results with thorough test drives and post-repair inspections. Along the way, you coach junior technicians, set the bar for safety and quality, and document every step with accurate records.

Core Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex issues across engines, transmissions, electrical, brake, steering, and HVAC systems.
  • Leverage advanced diagnostic tools and software (e.g., Alldata, Mitchell OnDemand) to pinpoint concerns quickly and accurately.
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding findings, additional work, and preventive maintenance.
  • Mentor junior technicians and uphold top-tier quality and safety standards.
  • Perform post-repair test drives, inspections, and quality checks.
  • Maintain precise service and repair documentation.
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of verifiable experience as an Automotive Technician in a passenger vehicle repair shop.
  • A complete professional-grade tool set.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Advanced skill with computerized diagnostics and technical manual interpretation.
  • Preferred: Current ASE Master Technician Certification.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive compensation: $80,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Work-life balance: Monday–Friday schedule with half days on Saturday as needed; most major holidays off.
  • Professional growth: Company-paid ongoing training, education, and recertification assistance.
  • Top-tier equipment: A clean, organized, and well-equipped shop with the latest diagnostic tools and software.
  • Supportive culture: Collaborative team that values your expertise and offers opportunities to mentor.
  • Stability: Consistent workflow supported by a loyal customer base.
  • Free uniforms provided after the probationary period.
