What You’ll Be Trusted With
Advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on heavy-duty diesel engines and systems
High-level engine and powertrain work involving all makes of Diesel engines and Allison transmissions
Troubleshooting aftertreatment, electrical, fuel, cooling, and driveline systems
In-frame repairs, major component replacements, and root-cause failure analysis
Interpreting OEM diagnostics, schematics, wiring diagrams, and service literature
Serving as a technical resource for the shop when difficult issues arise
Delivering clean, accurate documentation and professional workmanship every time
What Sets You Apart
5+ years of senior-level diesel technician experience (master-level strongly preferred)
Exceptional diagnostic ability with OEM software and tooling
Deep hands-on experience with multiple Diesel engines and Allison Transmission products
Ability to work independently and confidently on non-routine failures
Strong electrical and aftertreatment troubleshooting capability
High standards for quality, efficiency, and accountability
