This role is responsible for executing and optimizing digital strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels. This role drives marketing ROI through innovative tactics, reporting and process improvements.Key Responsibilities Strategic and comprehensive website management and governance. Define site goals (traffic, leads, revenue, support deflection) and audience personas.Maintain the information architecture (navigation, taxonomy, URL strategy)Maintain a site roadmap (features, migrations, experiments)Maintain design system components for the web (buttons, forms, templates)Plan, create, edit, and publish pages (blog, FAQ, program updates, events)Enforce brand voice and accessibility standards on all contentManage assets (images, video, downloads) and metadata (titles, descriptions, alt text)Internal linking strategy: pillar/cluster content organizationLocalization and translation workflows (language variants, regional pages)Lead SEO, AEO, and GEO vision and liaise with agency partner to track performance, optimize execution, and ensure strategic alignment. Optimizing current content (meta descriptions, title tags, image alt tags, image sizes, copy, links, etc.)Developing new content for optimizationLink building (creating label embed code to share with partners), reviewing outreach for new earned media opportunities.Implementing technical audit recommendationsLead Capture and Ad Strategy Manage and evolve digital lead capture, nurturing, and qualification strategy to support tailored audience journeys and deliver Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that includes: Front-end lead capture (website, HubSpot landing pages/forms)Nurturing series – maintain and evolve Business Welcome SeriesAutomation logic for responders, audience path, and qualificationLead ad strategy and execution. Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including paid media (PPC, social ads, display), SEO/SEM, content marketing, email, and social media.Ad Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), and other networks.Budget & ROI: Monitor and manage campaign budgets, optimizing spending for maximum ROI and tracking against KPIs.Trend Awareness: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Reporting and Analysis Reporting, Analytics, and Insight Generation: Define the core marketing and funnel metrics (reach, engagement, lead generation, pipeline influence, partner engagement, ROI) in partnership with key internal stakeholders.Build and maintain dashboards that provide timely, accurate visibility into performanceAnalyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization, resource allocation, and campaign effectivenessAnalyze marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and user behavior using analytics tools to identify trends and insights, reporting on success to stakeholders.Lead Marketing Quarterly Dashboard and complete execution of reporting & insightsKey Qualifications / Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.7+ years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principlesProficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platformsStrong understanding of SEO/SEM/AEO/GEO and content marketingFamiliarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimizationExperience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpotExperience with project management and using tools such as AsanaPilot new technologies, tools, and frameworks that unlock next-generation user experiencesAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and balance current projects with incoming requestsOur Workplace At Fair Trade USA, we are a mission-driven organization and are deeply committed to fostering an environment that is built on the principles of JEDI; a just, equitable, diverse, and inclusive community for all.
