Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist role. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional solutions across complex markets. With a focus on continuous improvement, brand excellence, and strategic growth, they pride themselves on creating impactful marketing initiatives that support business objectives and customer engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:
· Execute and support digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, email marketing, SEO, and content channels.
· Develop, create, and manage marketing assets including social graphics, campaign creative, website content, presentations, and short-form video content.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives.
· Support content strategy development and provide recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, and overall campaign performance.
· Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices, including on-page optimization and content enhancements.
· Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
· Prepare and present marketing reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, organization, and responsiveness.
· Contribute strategic ideas and recommendations to support marketing objectives and business growth.
· Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience with a strong background in B2B marketing.
· Experience within technical, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or similarly complex industries strongly preferred.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
· Experience with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is highly desirable.
· Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.
· Experience utilizing analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Power BI, social media analytics platforms, or similar tools.
· Demonstrated ability to create visually polished marketing materials with strong attention to design detail.
· Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
· Portfolio demonstrating digital campaign execution, content creation, design capabilities, and performance-driven marketing results required.

· Competitive salary of $78,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience.
