Pay Range: $45/hr - $49/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive campaign and channel-focused digital marketing projects from planning through execution.
• Own content production within a CMS, including QA, page building, localization, publishing, and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of the web production stack, including Contentful CMS and related tools and integrations.
• Troubleshoot HTML/CSS issues and ensure adherence to CMS and web production best practices.
• Identify and implement opportunities to use AI tools and automation within CMS and production workflows.
• Lead day-to-day project management and execution for digital initiatives, partnering with SEO, design, engineering, copywriting, product marketing, project management, and other digital production teams.
• Own quality assurance for digital production, including peer reviews, content validation, and A/B testing configurations.
• Monitor upcoming and active projects, proactively identifying and communicating risks or potential blockers.
• Track digital production progress through Jira and escalate issues before they impact timelines.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with a Content Management System (CMS).
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to independently troubleshoot issues and follow CMS best practices.
• Hands-on experience setting up, launching, and managing A/B tests, including traffic allocation across page variants.
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Solid understanding of SEO, with familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) considered a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in using AI and automation to improve digital production workflows.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to break complex projects into actionable steps and drive them through successful launch.
• Deep hands-on experience with Contentful CMS, including identifying repetitive processes and opportunities for automation.
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely Web Experimentation or similar experimentation platforms.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt new tools, particularly AI and automation platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
