The Role

We''re looking for an experienced physiotherapist to join Flok''s clinical team and help deliver outstanding care to patients across the UK. This role is for a minimum of 3 days per week, working from our offices near Cambridge in a growing and ambitious clinical team to deliver fully remote care.

What You''ll Do

You will review complex patient cases flagged by our automated system to determine the most appropriate management plan, applying your clinical expertise and knowledge of national and regional care pathways.

You will support patients as they progress through their automated care journey, providing clear, empathetic communication and proactive guidance to ensure understanding and engagement.

About You

• You are an HCPC-registered MSK physiotherapist practising to high-performing NHS Band 6 or established Band 7 standard
• You are confident autonomously assessing and managing complex cases across the whole spectrum of MSK (especially spinal) conditions
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills that enable you to deliver effective care remotely
• You practise holistic and evidence-based physiotherapy that emphasises empowerment, goal-orientation, and behaviour change
• You are committed to continuous professional development
• You are willing to work in person to help drive innovation and high standards at pace - we do not currently offer remote roles

Bonus Points

We don''t expect you to have the following but be sure to mention any that you do!

• Experience of working in primary care
• Experience of service improvement and contributing to clinical governance, including meeting CQC standards
• Pelvic health experience
• Research experience
