Imagine This

A production run lands from the factory. You set up the optical comparator, verify dimensions with pin gauges and calipers, check hardness with a durometer, and spot a surface condition that doesn’t meet the spec. You document precisely, loop in the supplier and the customer, and initiate a return while capturing every detail in the ERP. That’s the level of impact we’re looking for—every day.

  • Identify quality issues, communicate findings to suppliers and customers, and manage returns when needed.
  • Create accurate inspection reports and maintain comprehensive records.

Where You Excel

  • Hands-on experience with calipers, pin gauges, optical comparators, and durometers.
  • Understanding of materials, surface conditions, and applicable quality standards.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the discipline to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines with a high level of detail.
  • General knowledge of ISO certification.

Systems & Communication
