We are currently in search of a Senior Director, Account Management to join our Corporate Partnerships team! The Senior Director, Account Management provides people leadership and strategic direction for the stewardship and growth of Feed the Children's partners through a 360-degree fundraising approach, documented in the CRM. This role leads a team responsible for building and executing renewal strategies, growing cash and gifts-in-kind (GIK) revenue, and delivering exceptional partnership fulfillment, activation, and reporting. The Senior Director will be responsible for meeting account management team revenue goals, estimated between 7-8 figures. The Senior Director also maintains an individual portfolio of top-tier partners (typically 6-8 figure partnerships), drives alignment and efficiencies across partnership implementation, and ensures strong cross-functional coordination that advances partner and organizational outcomes.
Note: The ideal candidate for this position will work hybrid from our corporate office in Oklahoma City, OK, however all qualified candidates will be considered nationwide.
Job Requirements:
Education
Bachelors degree (BA, BS) or equivalent with emphasis in business, communications, or another related field is preferred.
Experience
10+ years of progressive experience in corporate partnerships, corporate sales/business development, or fundraising, including senior-level responsibility for renewal strategy and year-over-year revenue growth.
Demonstrated people-management experience, including hiring/onboarding, coaching and development, goal setting, and performance management.
High proficiency with CRM systems and portfolio/pipeline governance; ensures consistent documentation of partner strategies, renewal plans, deliverables, and outcomes with accuracy and accountability.
Experience setting portfolio strategy and assigning/aligning partner portfolios based on team capacity, strengths, and partner needs; able to establish clear expectations, timelines, and standards across the team.
Demonstrated ability to lead strategy and execution for complex, highest-value corporate partnerships (often including 6-8+ figure relationships) using a 360-degree fundraising/value-exchange approach; build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
Experience forecasting implementation support and resource needs tied to partner commitments; able to translate revenue/activation plans into operational requirements and proactively mitigate delivery risk.
Experience driving account expansion through stakeholder mapping, whitespace/opportunity analysis, and cross-functional engagement strategies that increase partner participation and long-term value.
Experience creating smooth handoffs from new business acquisition to account management, including clear scope, implementation timelines, and complete CRM documentation.
Proven success overseeing multiple workstreams simultaneously (activation, fulfillment, reporting, and partner communications) while coordinating across internal teams; able to create alignment and efficiencies that improve implementation outcomes at scale.
Demonstrated record of leading significant partner renewals and growth, including both cash and gifts-in-kind (GIK); equivalent success in business development and corporate sales may be considered in lieu of nonprofit fundraising experience.
Experience developing strategic account plans, proposals, and presentations that secure renewals and expand partner engagement and revenue; able to guide and elevate work produced by team members.
Experience establishing relationships with senior leaders at Fortune 500 companies and/or foundations and advancing value-exchange partnerships (including cause marketing and other 360 fundraising channels), from discovery through close.
Strong negotiation, influence, and conflict-resolution skills; able to navigate complex stakeholder environments with professionalism and executive presence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint required.
