LeadHigh‑VolumeAccounting Operations
Overseeoperations acrossAccounts Receivable, supporting tens of thousands of active terms accounts with high transactional throughput.
Oversee Accounts Payableoperations, ensuringtimely,accurate, and compliant vendor payments.
OverseeGeneral Ledgeractivitiesthatincludejournal entry governance, reconciliations, and close processes.
OverseeTax Operations, including indirect tax complianceand audit readiness.
Drive Operational Excellence
Build and scale processes that supporthigh‑volume,high‑complexityenvironments.
Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across all accounting functions.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAPand company policies.
Own and Optimize Oracle Fusion
Serve as the business owner for theOracle Fusion ERPplatform across AR, AP, GL, and tax modules.
Partner with IT to drive system enhancements, integrations, and workflow improvements.
LeadERP‑relatedprojects, upgrades, and automation initiatives.
Champion Automation & Continuous Improvement
Identifyopportunities to streamline processes using automation,AI,RPA, workflow tools, and analytics.
Leadcross‑functionaltransformation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
Implementbest‑in‑classoperational practices and scalable process frameworks.
Lead & DevelopHigh‑PerformingTeams
Manage and mentor leaders across AR, AP, GL, and tax operations.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with FP&A, Treasury, Procurement, and business units to support enterprise priorities.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of large operational teams.
Strong background in AR, AP, GL, and tax operations withinhigh‑volumeenvironments.
Hands‑onexperience withOracle Fusionor similar enterprise ERP systemspreferred
Proventrack recorddriving automation, process improvement, and operational transformation.
Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
Exceptional leadership, communication, andcross‑functionalpartnership skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in a shared services or centralized accounting operations model.
Exposure to controllership responsibilities or a desire to grow into a future Controller role.
Experience supporting large customer portfolios or complex billing environments.

The base pay range for this position is:
$160,000to
$220,000Many factors influence the determination of base pay within a range, including the candidate’s work experience in related roles; the candidate’s knowledge, skills, capabilities, and performance; the relative pay of other DigiKey employees in similar roles; and the budget available for the position.
