Pay: $69.65 - $111.44 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant''s relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

Directs system-wide behavioral health operations and resources to align inpatient and interventional behavioral health services with organizational priorities. Partners with hospital, physician, nursing, and operational leaders to advance quality, safety, access, operational performance, growth, and process standardization.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements system-wide behavioral health goals, operational strategies, standards, and performance improvement initiatives aligned with organizational, regulatory, and strategic objectives.
• Leads inpatient and interventional behavioral health operations across multiple hospitals and care settings, including service planning, complaint management, access, throughput, and operational performance.
• Collaborates with executive, physician, nursing, and operational leaders to evaluate and implement programs, services, growth opportunities, models of care, and evidence-based practices.
• Oversees operational dashboards, key performance indicators, workforce planning, budgets, resource utilization, and data-informed decision-making to support sustainable outcomes.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a health-related field.

• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Relevant certification as determined at position level.

• 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, including 5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health services.

• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
