This role provides enterprise-wide leadership for the development and execution of business analytics strategies that enable informed decision-making, operational excellence, and long-term organizational success. This role leads multiple functions and leadership teams in translating complex business challenges into scalable solutions, leveraging data, analytics, and process insights to drive enterprise priorities, strengthen organizational capabilities, and influence strategic direction.

What You'll Do:

  • Establishes and advances the long-term vision, strategy, and operating model for the business analytics function, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and future business needs.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating complex operational, financial, and performance information into actionable insights that shape enterprise priorities, investments, and strategic decisions.
  • Leads multiple business analytics, process improvement, and performance management functions, ensuring consistent methodologies, governance practices, and quality standards across the organization.
  • Directs the evaluation of enterprise-wide business challenges and opportunities, identifying trends, risks, dependencies, and improvement initiatives that enhance organizational performance and effectiveness.
  • Oversees the design and implementation of analytical frameworks, performance measures, and reporting strategies that provide meaningful visibility into organizational outcomes and strategic progress.
  • Champions the integration of business, operational, and technology capabilities by fostering collaboration across functions and ensuring alignment among key stakeholders.
  • Guides major organizational initiatives, transformations, and operational improvements by assessing business impacts, informing decision-making, and promoting successful execution across multiple areas.
  • Establishes policies, standards, and governance structures that strengthen analytical maturity, improve data-informed decision-making, and support sustainable organizational growth.
  • Directs functional planning activities, including budgeting, workforce planning, resource allocation, and investment prioritization, to ensure effective execution of strategic objectives.
  • Builds organizational capability through leadership development, succession planning, and the cultivation of a high-performing leadership team that fosters accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills:

  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree), advanced degree preferred.
  • Required Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience, 6+ years as a People Leader.
  • Extensive leadership experience overseeing large-scale business analytics, operational improvement, business transformation, or related functions across complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated success influencing executive-level decision-making and leading initiatives with broad organizational impact.
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational leadership, and business acumen with the ability to balance long-term objectives and operational priorities.
  • Advanced ability to synthesize complex data, business requirements, and organizational dynamics into clear recommendations and actionable strategies.
  • Experience leading through multiple levels of management, including the development of leaders, succession planning, and organizational capability building.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across diverse functions and leadership levels.
  • Strong understanding of governance, performance management, process optimization, and change leadership principles.

Location:  Full Time Remote, but employee MUST reside in one of the following states:

Alaska| Arizona | California | Colorado | Florida |Georgia | Idaho | Massachusetts | Minnesota |North Carolina |Nevada | Oregon | Pennsylvania | Texas | Utah | Washington

Target Compensation Range:   $184,000K - $220,500 annually + annual bonus

Target Compensation Range (CA only): $202,400 - $242,550 annually + annual bonus
