    Senior Director - Capture Management

    ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Director - Capture Management to lead $100M + single award capture efforts DoW Civilian Augmentation Programs (CAP) and other key CAP customer sets.

    The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading successful capture efforts and delivering results in a fast-paced large corporate environment.

    This role leads the development and execution of winning strategies for mid to large-size U.S. Government contract opportunities. This role involves managing all aspects of the capture process including working closely with business development, proposal operations, operations and technical subject matter experts, estimating, price to win, and pricing teams to create cohesive and competitive capture strategies. The role will report to senior leadership on capture status, risks, and opportunities. The goals and objectives include focusing on growth via creative capture and the outcome includes winning new business programs and recompetes. Collaboration is critical to successful execution. Continuously implementing capture processes and tools while leveraging best practices are important aspects of the role. (e.g., Shipley).

    Responsibilities:

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with government customers, industry partners, and stakeholders to gather intelligence and strengthen positioning.
    • Developing and executing comprehensive capture strategies aligned with company goals and customer mission needs.
    • Managing capture budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to achieve milestones.
    • Performing competitive analysis and market research to assess opportunities and refine win strategies.
    • Developing Gate Reviews and Readiness Review presentations and provide regular updates to senior leadership on capture progress.
    • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures during the capture process.

    Qualifications:

    • 12-15 years' experience in business development, capture management, or program management (or equivalent military experience) with a focus on DoW Civilian Augmentation Programs (CAP)
    • Proven ability to develop, capture and win large (in excess of $1 billion at the IDIQ Level and $250 million at the task order level) Civilian Augmentation Programs.
    • In-depth customer knowledge of Army Sustainment Command and other key CAP customer sets.
    • Experience in business development, capture management, or program management with OCONUS Base Operations and Support (BOS) contracts.
    • Experience with ITAR/EAR, supply chain, procurement, facilities management, vehicle maintenance, sustainment, food service, disposal, medical services, bulk and retail fuels management, and other key service areas related to CAP and BOS.
    • Bachelors Degree
