    • Quantitative Analytics delivers quantitative research and portfolio construction solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own the end-to-end technology strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Client Intelligence portfolio including Capital Markets, Research Intelligence, Quantitative Analytics, and Advisor & Client Intelligence, driving innovation and technological differentiation across each business.

    • Partner closely with Product Management, Design, and business leaders to translate commercial strategy into a prioritized, outcome-driven engineering plan.

    • Drive modernization initiatives, advancing the transition to web-based, agentic platforms while embedding AI and GenAI capabilities (e.g., FactSet AI for Banking) into core client workflows.

    • Lead, scale, and develop a globally distributed, multidisciplinary engineering organization while maintaining high standards for delivery, velocity and quality.

    • Ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of production services, establishing clear SLAs/SLOs and a culture of operational excellence.

    • Set and enforce engineering standards and architecture governance across code quality, testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.

    • Own the portfolio's technology financials including budgeting, headcount planning, vendor and partner management, and build-vs-buy decisions.

    • Attract, retain, and develop top engineering talent; build succession plans and a high-performance, inclusive team culture.

    • Represent technology in executive forums, providing transparent reporting on delivery health, risks, and investment trade-offs.

    • Champion data governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements relevant to financial services and wealth-management clients.

    Required Skills:

    • 15+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years leading engineering organizations at scale, ideally within financial technology, capital markets, or wealth/advisor platforms.

    • Proven track record delivering complex, cloud-native SaaS products and platforms in an agile environment.

    • Deep technical breadth across modern web application architecture, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems, with the hands-on credibility to guide architectural decisions.

    • Experience embedding AI/ML or GenAI/agentic capabilities into enterprise products.

    • Strong understanding of data platforms, real-time market and financial data delivered at scale.

    • Demonstrated success leading multi-site, globally distributed teams across different time zones and cultures

    • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and portfolio-level investment decisions.

    • Experience operating in a regulated environment with a strong appreciation for security, privacy, and compliance.

    Leadership and Behavioral Competencies

    • Strategic vision balanced with a bias for execution and measurable outcomes.

    • Inspirational leader who builds trust, develops talent, and fosters an inclusive, collaborative culture focused on delivering exceptional business outcomes.

    • Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to influence and align stakeholders across technology, product, and key areas of the business.

    • Customer-obsessed, with a relentless focus on delivering value to advisors, dealmakers, investors, and enterprise clients.

    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving change, and leading through transformation.

    • Demonstrates sound judgment and decisiveness, with the ability to make thoughtful trade-offs that balance competing priorities under real-world constraints.

    • Collaborative and outcome-oriented, building alignment, influencing stakeholders, and driving results across a matrixed organization.
