Job Description
This role is focused on bringing together all elements of the Visa P&L, connecting the dots across revenue, expenses, investments, and other financial elements. This person will evolve and be point person on Visa's Corporate FP&A core processes working with counterparts within Corporate Finance as well as FP&A in regions, functions, and business units. The role will also provide thought leadership and conduct robust analyses on a range of topics relevant to Visa's most senior executives.
This is a highly visible role that includes frequent interaction with senior management and other key internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have significant experience establishing strong business and financial planning processes, budgeting, developing strategic frameworks, and driving critical financial decisions. They will have the ability to effectively interact and influence across a matrix business organizational structure and closely liaison with finance and business teams.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Develop 360 degree view of Visa P&L piecing together disparate elements
Collaborate with other Corp FP&A leaders (Revenue lead, Opex Lead) to consolidate results for the company in support of quarterly Board of Directors meetings, company earnings, and Annual Plan
Be primary FP&A point person to Global Tax and Treasury teams to incorporate those elements into EPS forecast and analysis
Work closely with investor relations and external reporting in preparation for earnings
Represent Corporate FP&A in developing the annual planning, forecast, month/quarter close and other core finance processes
Establish robust processes including timelines, logistics, deliverables etc. and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment
Actively seek opportunities to improve tools and processes, working closely with Visa's Finance Velocity Office
Conduct in depth financial analysis in support of quarterly Board of Directors meeting and company earnings
Prepare succinct and clear executive presentations that simplify complex topics, often with time sensitive deliverables
Become an expert on Visa's P&L drivers, tools, and processes
Develop partnership with stakeholders throughout organization
Lead and coordinate ad hoc projects and analytical requests from company leadership across a range of topics, such as capital allocation, competitor analysis, etc.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

The estimated salary range for this position is $210,900.00 to $ 369,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
