    Description

    About the role

This role serves as the central owner of Yodlee’s market presence, messaging, and outward voice — responsible for how we consistently show up across clients, prospects, and the broader financial ecosystem.

You will operate as a highly autonomous individual contributor, executing directly while leveraging AI and external partners to scale output and impact. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with a strong focus on maintaining consistent visibility and engagement over time.

This is not a sales role and does not own pipeline or outbound prospecting. It is focused on presence, engagement, and narrative leadership at scale.

    What you'll do

    Strategy, Positioning & Market Voice

    • Own and evolve Yodlee’s messaging and positioning across target segments (banks, wealth, fintech partners)
    • Translate complex fintech capabilities into clear, credible narratives for executive and technical audiences
    • Ensure Yodlee presents a strong, authoritative voice in financial services and fintech conversations
    • Ensure consistent positioning and brand representation across all external touchpoints

    Market Presence, Channels & Engagement

    • Design and execute ongoing visibility across key channels including:
      • LinkedIn
      • Email communications
      • Webinars and virtual sessions
      • Industry events and conferences
    • Plan and oversee Yodlee’s presence at key industry conferences, sponsorships, and field marketing initiatives
    • Coordinate with partners and vendors on co-marketing and ecosystem initiatives
    • Maintain continuous engagement with clients and target prospects — particularly those early in the buying journey

    Content & Narrative Development

    • Own the content strategy and editorial direction across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and the website
    • Produce and oversee creation of high-quality content that reinforces Yodlee’s market position
    • Ensure consistency, clarity, and credibility across all messaging and outputs
    • Partner with Customer Success to surface customer wins, adoption stories, and expansion narrative

    AI-Enabled Execution & Scale

    • Actively integrate AI across research, writing, design, analytics, and workflow optimization
    • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, repurposing, and iteration — without compromising accuracy, compliance, or brand quality
    • Evaluate and adopt new tools that increase leverage, output, and speed
    • Apply sound judgment to where AI adds value — and where human oversight is essential in a regulated environment

    Vendor & Execution Management

    • Direct and coordinate external vendors and agencies supporting content, campaigns, and execution
    • Manage external writers, designers, and content contributors as needed
    • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and prioritization
    • Retain accountability for quality, consistency, and outcomes across all externally supported work

    Performance, Optimization & Governance

    • Continuously test, measure, and optimize engagement and content performance using data-driven insights
    • Ensure all activities align with enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and brand expectations
    • Maintain a disciplined, output-oriented approach focused on impact rather than activity

    Role Boundaries (Critical Clarity)

    • This role does not own pipeline generation, revenue targets, or sales quotas
    • Does not run outbound sales prospecting, sequences, or meeting generation
    • Does not manage deal cycles or account pursuit strategy

This role is responsible for market presence, engagement, and narrative consistency — not sales conversion.

    Qualifications

    Experience & Skills

    • 7–12+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or GTM roles within fintech, financial services, SaaS, or enterprise technology
    • Experience operating across a broad scope, balancing strategy and hands-on execution
    • Strong understanding of enterprise buyers, long sales cycles, and regulated environments
    • Proven ability to manage external vendors and partners effectively
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive and client audiences

    AI-First Mindset

    • Practical, day-to-day experience using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and scale
    • Comfortable integrating AI into content, workflows, and execution processes
    • Strong understanding of how to balance innovation with trust, governance, and accuracy

    Personal Attributes

    • High ownership mindset with strong business judgment
    • Able to operate independently and prioritize effectively
    • Adaptable and comfortable taking on a wide range of responsibilities
    • Focused on outcomes, consistency, and market impact
    • Collaborative partner across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing

    What Success Looks Like

    • Yodlee is consistently visible and active across clients, prospects, and industry conversations
    • Strong, clear, and credible messaging is reflected across all channels and materials
    • Increased engagement with target audiences without reliance on direct sales outreach
    • High-quality, AI-enabled output delivered efficiently and at scale
    • Internal teams are equipped with strong, reusable content and market narratives
