We are looking for a Senior Director, Electrical Engineering & Microgrids to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to VP, Engineering and is based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.
Job Description:
The Senior Director, Electrical Engineering & Microgrids is a senior technical execution leader responsible for the design, delivery, and operational performance of complex electrical and microgrid systems in Bloom Energy. This role owns end-to-end technical execution, from system architecture and detailed engineering through product development and deployment ensuring solutions meet safety, reliability, performance, schedule, and cost objectives.
The role provides deep technical leadership across medium- and low-voltage power systems, inverter-based generation, fuel cells, energy storage, protection, controls, communications, and utility interconnection. As the senior technical authority, the Senior Director is accountable for engineering decisions, design quality, system validation, and resolution of complex technical and field issues.

$260,800.00 - $375,200.00
