Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) plays a critical role in that mission by helping customers accelerate transformation through Microsoft's global partner ecosystem. We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and impact driven leader to shape the future of partner business strategy across AI Business Solutions (ABS) or Cloud & AI Partner priorities (CAIP). This role defines and executes worldwide partner growth strategies, expands market opportunities, and helps customers realize greater business value through enterprise partners. The successful candidate will work across sales, marketing, engineering, industry, and partner organizations to drive measurable CSA specific business impact in the era of AI.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a business strategist who thrives in complex environments, brings clarity to ambiguity, and can influence across a highly matrixed organization. You will help shape Microsoft's partner ecosystem strategy for assinged Cloud Solution Area, align executive stakeholders, and create scalable go-to-market motions that enable customer and partner success globally.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global partner business strategies aligned to Microsoft priorities and measurable business outcomes for ABS or CAIP.

  • Identify market opportunities and partner ecosystem investments that accelerate customer adoption and business growth.

  • Translate strategic priorities into scalable Go-To-Market motions, programs, and execution plans.

  • Develop and evolve partner ecosystem strategies across System integrators, Software partners, and AI model partners.

  • Build strong executive relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to drive shared success including CSA, Marketing, Industry, Engineering, and regional teams to deliver aligned global execution.

  • Establish operating rhythms, success metrics, and accountability mechanisms that drive results.

  • Provide data-driven insights, competitive intelligence, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team while fostering an inclusive culture.

  • Oversee partner investments and marketing resources to maximize business impact and ROI.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance.

  • 4+ years people management experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience leading business strategy, go-to-market, partner management, or related functions in a complex and evolving environment.
  • Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams, with a commitment to inclusion and talent growth.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategic opportunities into measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across organizations and disciplines.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive engagement skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and lead transformational initiatives.
  • Experience working with enterprise technology ecosystems, including systems integrators, software partners, cloud providers, or strategic alliances, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud, AI, and digital transformation business models and Go-To-Market strategies is preferred.

Sales Strategy Enablement M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $155,800 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,400 - $303,600 per year.
