Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Director of Enterprise Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations within a high-complexity electro-mechanical manufacturing environment. This leader will be responsible for strategic sourcing, procurement, inventory control, logistics, and import/export compliance. The Sr. Director of Enterprise Supply Chain will partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Sales to drive cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence across a global supply base. This is a hybrid position. The Sr. Director of Enterprise Supply Chain will be expected to be on-site at a manufacturing facility a minimum of 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely the remaining days. Domestic and international travel up to 25% may be required to visit suppliers, manufacturing partners, and satellite locations.
