Overview
Primary responsibility for leading enterprise applications strategy, governance, and delivery for core business platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud-based enterprise technologies, ensuring scalable architecture, operational stability, and continuous business process optimization. Oversees enterprise systems teams, cross-functional technology programs, and strategic initiatives that enable supply chain, finance, sales, and operational transformation across the organization.

What we're looking for
Enterprise Systems Leadership
Own the governance, enhancement roadmap, and operating model for Dynamics 365 across Finance, Supply Chain, Field Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and PMA modules.
Lead post-go-live D365 operations including backlog prioritization, release planning, break/fix triage, and continuous improvement cycles.
Serve as the primary escalation point for enterprise application performance, integration reliability, and platform architecture decisions.
Oversee application development, integration design, and architectural standards across Azure, Dataverse, and connected enterprise platforms.
Lead evaluation, piloting, and recommendation of new technologies to streamline business processes, automate workflows, or replace aging legacy systems.
S&OP Enablement & Business Partnering
Design, implement, and operationalize an integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP / IBP) capability, including demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and financial alignment.
Serve as a trusted technology partner to Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Sales leaders-translating business needs into actionable system capabilities.
Proactively identify opportunities where D365 and Azure analytics can improve decision-making, reduce working capital, or enable revenue growth.
Develop and maintain business architecture documentation aligned to functional strategy and future-state roadmaps.
Delivery & Program Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise features, integrations, and cross-functional capabilities-on scope, on schedule, and on budget.
Manage project intake, prioritization frameworks, and stakeholder communication cadences to maintain delivery transparency.
Partner with Finance and IT leadership on annual budgeting, resource planning, and vendor spend management.
Ensure disaster recovery plans are current, tested, and aligned to business continuity requirements.
Team & Vendor Management
Build, develop, and retain a high-performing Enterprise Systems team of Architects, Business Systems Analysts, Developers, and Integration Engineers.
Establish clear performance expectations, development plans, and accountability structures for direct reports.
Manage critical vendor relationships including Microsoft, implementation partners (SIs), and third-party solution providers; ensure SLAs and contract terms are enforced.
Recruit for open roles and serve as a culture carrier for technical rigor and collaborative, business-aligned delivery.
Governance & Standards
Define and enforce architectural standards, integration patterns, and application lifecycle governance across the enterprise application portfolio.
Ensure system designs align with business strategy, security requirements, SOC 2 compliance obligations, and long-term scalability.
Lead Azure-based development practices including cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipeline governance, and environment management.
