A global nonprofit that provides trusted biological materials for science and health, ATCC is hiring a Senior Director, Facilities, Engineering & EHS to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Facilities, Engineering, and EHS functions. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role leads a multidisciplinary team and serves as a key advisor on operational resilience, business continuity, and enterprise risk management and strategic planning for infrastructure and equipment. The Senior Director, Facilities, Engineering & EHS, will drive operational excellence, infrastructure reliability, engineering technical expertise, quality and regulatory compliance and safety culture. This includes oversight of capital planning, engineering projects to support ATCCs strategic growth, asset lifecycle management, sustainability, and readiness for operations at all ATCC sites.

The expected salary range for this position is $200,000 to $230,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
