The Senior Director of Facilities Maintenance is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and direction for the maintenance, operations, and physical upkeep of the university''s campus. This role ensures that all facilities and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards to support the university's academic, administrative, and residential needs. The Senior Director oversees a multidisciplinary team and fosters a safe, sustainable, and functional campus environment.

Maintenance & Mechanical Engineering Shop
Electricians, Plumbers & HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
Grounds and Landscaping
Custodial Services
Painters, Flooring & Roofing
Operations Administrative Support
Ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance, repair, and renovation services.
Oversee preventative maintenance programs to maximize the lifespan of campus infrastructure and systems.
Manage emergency response protocols for facilities-related incidents and ensure the campus remains safe and operational during emergencies.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position operates in an office environment but may require occasional on-site inspections of construction sites. The Senior Director must be able to navigate active construction zones and adhere to safety protocols. This position will require some travel between campuses (Omaha and Phoenix)
