We are seeking a Senior Director of North America Field & Partner Marketing to lead and scale regional go-to-market execution across Field Marketing and Partner Marketing. This role owns the strategy, execution, and performance of North America field programs and partner initiatives, with clear accountability for pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue impact.
This leader will manage and develop both Field Marketing and Partner Marketing teams, ensuring field-led programs drive TQLs, SAOs, and bookings, while partners contribute meaningful sourced and influenced pipeline. The role blends strategic GTM leadership with hands-on operational excellence and close alignment to regional sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing Leadership (Primary Growth Engine)
Own the North America Field Marketing strategy, aligned to regional sales priorities, territories, segments, and GTM motions.
Design and executes scalable, high-impact field marketing programs, including regional events, executive engagements, roadshows, field webinars, and account-based initiatives.
Partner closely with regional sales leadership to support territory planning, pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and forecast confidence.
Drive measurable field marketing outcomes across TQLs, SAOs, and bookings, ensuring field programs directly influence pipeline velocity and revenue growth.
Ensure field initiatives are integrated with digital, ABM, and lifecycle marketing to deliver cohesive, multi-touch buyer journeys across the funnel.
Partner & Channel Marketing Leadership
Own the North America Partner Marketing strategy, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across resellers, agents, and strategic partners.
Lead partner co-marketing initiatives that increased deal registrations, TQLs, SAOs, and bookings, aligned to regional sales goals.
Oversee partner recruitment, enablement, and activation programs in close partnership with Sales and Partner leadership.
Manage MDF strategy, governance, and optimization, ensuring investments drive high-quality pipeline and measurable ROI.
Shared Ownership & GTM Leadership
Qualifications
10+ years of experience across field marketing and partner/channel marketing in B2B environments, with significant North America scope. Proven track record of building and scaling field marketing programs that drive TQLs, SAOs, and revenue impact. Strong experience leading partner or channel marketing motions tied directly to sales outcomes. Demonstrated people leadership experience managing multi-team, regional organizations. Deep understanding of regional GTM strategy, sales alignment, ABM, and multi-touch campaign execution. Data-driven mindset with experience in attribution modeling, pipeline reporting, and performance optimization. Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
