The Facilities Management Services Division seeks to hire a Senior Director, Finance & Administration who will serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing strategic direction and oversight of financial, administrative, and operational functions in support of Georgia State University''s mission.
This position reports to the This position reports to the Vice President, Facilities & Building Services and serves as a trusted advisor on financial, operational, and organizational matters.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
The Senior Director, Finance & Administration will provide strategic leadership for the division''s financial, administrative, operational, customer service, technology, and project management functions. This role ensures effective stewardship of resources, alignment with institutional priorities, and delivery of high-quality services across the division.

Experience managing large operating and capital budgets.
Experience overseeing capital projects, construction contracts, and facilities-related operations.
Experience in higher education or public-sector administration.
Experience serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.
Experience leading administrative and operational functions across multiple departments.
Experience with workforce planning, organizational design, and resource management.
