    This role is part of the Enterprise Intelligence team within the Global Digital Network organization. As Senior Director, Global Integrated Creative & Communications Enterprise Intelligence, you will lead a team of research, data and analytics experts to deliver the development and delivery of next-generation creative and communications intelligence solutions that enable distinctive, competitively advantaged integrated creative and consumer communications campaigns. You will work across market research, insights, category, end-to-end connections and advertising disciplines to build and implement holistic diagnostics for creative advertising, consumer experiences, and brand campaigns. 

     

    Key Responsibilities 

    Strategic Leadership 

    • Develop and execute a compelling approach for communications intelligence, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and marketing strategies. 

    • Inspire and lead a high-performing global team to deliver impactful communications insights and measurement systems. 

    • Collaborate with domain marketing leadership to upscale The Coca-Cola Company’s measurement of creativity and consumer experiences, ensuring systems are future-ready and technology-enabled. 

    Communications Intelligence Creation and Delivery 

    • Lead the management, evolution and implementation of the creative and communications tracking and measurement systems to assess audience responses to brand campaigns across media and touchpoints. 

    • Build and manage marketing intelligence products and protocols to provide holistic, end-to-end measurement and optimization capabilities for consumer communications and experiences. 

    • Serve as domain partner and protocol lead for end-to-end experience measurement and insights enterprise systems. 

    • Compile, curate, and share advertising, campaign messaging, creative, and media intelligence meta learnings to drive impactful decision-making. 

    External Partnerships and Value Delivery 

    • Lead external partnership planning and value delivery across leading-edge research marketing suppliers and partnerships for holistic consumer communications. 

    • Evaluate vendor performance to ensure adherence to defined standards and alignment with company policies. 

    • Drive transparent, productive discussions on improving efficiency and effectiveness of consumer-directed brand communications and experiences. 

    Data Integration and Optimization 

    • Assess, acquire, manage, and integrate communications-related data sources from diverse platforms to streamline and drive actionable, data-informed business decisions. 

    • Develop and manage reporting systems and dashboards to diagnose performance and identify opportunities for optimization. 

    • Leverage automation, AI, agentic, and advanced analytics tools to radically upscale the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing intelligence systems. 

    Cross-Functional Collaboration 

    • Work closely with Human Insights, IMX/Connections, Global Categories, Operating Unit Marketing associates, and Global support functions to align communications intelligence deliverables with business objectives. 

    • Direct cross-functional teams and vendor personnel to develop and manage communications/advertising insights measurement products, including creative testing and assessment tools. 

     

    Qualifications & Requirements 

    Functional Skills 

    • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse, global teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. 

    • Communications Intelligence Expertise: Experience in developing and managing holistic diagnostics for advertising, consumer experiences, and brand campaigns. 

    • Data Storytelling: Ability to communicate complex information and implications through clear, compelling narratives. 

    • Advanced Analytics: Proficiency in AI, automation, and advanced analytics tools to enhance marketing intelligence systems. 

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams across marketing, media, consumer research, and analytics disciplines. 

    • Vendor and Partnership Management: Expertise in managing external partnerships and evaluating vendor performance. 

    • Quantitative Skills: Ability to analyze data to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps, integrating insights across disparate data sources. 

    Experience 

    • 15+ years of work experience in marketing, media, consumer research, analytics, or related disciplines. 

    • Prior experience in two or more of the following areas: 

    • Managing/fielding consumer research 

    • Data management 

    • Analytics and reporting for driving business decisions 

    • Media/advertising operations, planning, or analysis 

    • Brand/product management 

    • Experience using and creating data reporting/visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau. 

    • Experience in a global role is preferred. 

    Education 

    • Bachelor’s degree ; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    Pay Range:

    United States of America: 193,000 USD - 224,000 USD

    Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

    Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

    30

    Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
