The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, quickly creates structure where it does not yet exist, and turns strategic priorities into action. They must have the presence and judgment to influence and direct senior leaders, while also having the willingness and capability to personally roll up their sleeves and get work done. They will also bring an AI-first mindset to the role-using AI to move faster, improve the quality of the work, automate what is manual, and build practical solutions that fundamentally improve how work gets done. This is not a traditional program management role focused primarily on tracking milestones and facilitating meetings. It is a leadership role for someone who can think, influence, orchestrate, build, and execute.
