    • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement<\/span>

      • Lead and build out the onboarding journey to attract and retain talent<\/span>

      • Develop onboarding and exit survey data trends to develop strategies for employee retention, training opportunities, and areas for improvement<\/span>

      • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Strategize succession planning to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals<\/span>

                • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience,with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent management
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Proven experience in a leadership role within human resources
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Ability to analyze data and make data -driven decisions
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • HR Certification is a plus<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
