Overview J.C. Penney Company, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of fully integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement, customer acquisition, and sales growth. This role will be responsible for setting campaign strategies, managing a team of integrated marketing managers, and ensuring seamless coordination between external agency partners and internal creative teams. The Sr. Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the way JCPenney shows up across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels.Location: Plano, TexasResponsibilities Develop and lead the integrated marketing strategy to support key brand, seasonal, and partner initiatives.Translate business objectives into innovative, customer-centric campaigns that deliver measurable results.Ensure strategies are aligned with brand positioning and long-term growth objectives.Manage, mentor, and grow a team of integrated marketing managers responsible for campaign execution.Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture that emphasizes creativity, accountability, and innovation.Provide clear direction, feedback, and career development opportunities for team members.Own relationships with integrated marketing agencies, ensuring they are aligned with JCPenney's brand standards and objectives.Serve as the primary liaison between agency partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring flawless collaboration and execution.Negotiate agency scopes, deliverables, and budgets to maximize impact and ROI.Partner closely with Marketing teams, Creative, Media, PR, Loyalty, and Digital teams to ensure campaign strategies are aligned and consistent across all touchpoints.Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to deliver cohesive and compelling content across channels.Serve as the connection across departments, ensuring all campaign elements are integrated and executed on time.Establish KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness, sharing insights and recommendations with executive leadership.Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, consumer insights, and market trends.Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with customer journey insights, enhancing brand relevance and engagement.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.12+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand strategy.Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns in retail or consumer-facing industries.Strong leadership and team management skills with experience developing high-performing teams.Demonstrated ability to manage complex agency and partner relationships.Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
