Shift/Hours: Full-Time Hybrid Model - Monday and Friday are remote and Tuesday to Thursday are in office.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of chemical industry, scientific research, or related government experience.
• Strong background in interpreting complex scientific data and applying findings to chemical safety and policy initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with international research organizations, government agencies, academia, and industry stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and execute long-range scientific research strategies.
• Experience managing scientific research programs, budgets, contracts, and external consultants.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present scientific findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting regulatory or policy decision-making through scientific research is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
