Regeneron is looking for a Senior Director of U.S. Market Access Strategy to lead solid tumor indications within the Oncology therapeutic area. This individual must be able to develop and implement strategies and tactics to secure and maintain optimal reimbursement and sustainable market access for current and future solid tumor oncology assets, this individual will also be expected to lead a cross functional leadership team in executing the holistic market access strategy, requiring the ability to lead without authority and navigate complex matrix organizations.
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to pipeline and new indications development, price and contracting strategy, payer value proposition development, payer positioning and message development, customer engagement pull-through tactics, stakeholder engagement planning, patient support services coordination, HEOR initiatives, and public affairs alignment.
Duties will include working closely with the Head of Global/US Market Access Oncology; Oncology Brand Team business partners and cross-functional staff including sales and field reimbursement leadership, patient support services, health economics & outcomes, medical and insights and analytics, trade, account management and new product development to ensure market access strategic alignment with projects and to gain input on access work-streams. Duties also include working with our market access strategy counterparts across Regeneron brands.
