What You Will Achieve
The Senior Director, Migraine Lifecycle & Strategy Lead is a senior individual contributor role in the Global Commercial Strategy organization, reporting to the Global Migraine Commercial Team Lead. This role will lead through influence and cross-functional matrixed leadership to shape strategic recommendations and support critical commercial decisions and objectives.
The colleague will own lifecycle strategic planning across all current and future indications, lead the franchise's competitive intelligence strategy & response, develop the long-range forecast assumptions and partner closely with Medical, Clinical, H&V, and Commercial colleagues on evidence generation priorities. The role will also lead the development of the market shaping strategy, working in close partnership with Medical, Policy and Communications colleagues ensuring external and internal narratives are aligned with franchise priorities.
This role requires an experienced commercial strategist with strong analytical rigor, sound judgment under ambiguity, and the ability to translate competitive, scientific, and market signals into clear implications and mitigation plans. The Sr. Director will partner closely with the Global XFT as well as US and ICO/EM colleagues to integrate perspectives and drive decision-making.
