Our client, a remote growing agency expanding into omnichannel is looking to bring on a Sr Director of BD...
Build and close the enterprise growth engine for a performance intelligence agency serving ambitious, investor-backed companies.
Agency is a full-stack performance partner that connects marketing investment to measurable business outcomes. We combine senior strategy, specialist execution, AI-enabled intelligence, and investor-grade reporting across paid media, creative, conversion, organic growth, retention, and measurement. We are hiring a senior enterprise seller who can turn complex growth opportunities into clear commercial narratives, lead sophisticated buying groups, and close meaningful recurring engagements.
The OpportunityThis is a hands-on revenue leadership role with full-cycle ownership of agencies largest opportunities. You will lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 enterprise deals from discovery through negotiation and close, build a focused named-account motion, and partner with our Head of Growth to convert private equity relationships into portfolio-company engagements. You will have access to channel specialists and business development support, but you must be able to create the story, command the room, and keep the deal moving without relying on the CEO or Head of Growth to carry it.
What You Will Own- Full-cycle ownership of assigned Tier 1 and Tier 2 enterprise opportunities, including discovery, pitch leadership, proposals, negotiation, procurement, and close.
- A personal baseline quota of $70K in new net MRR per month, with a $100K monthly stretch target after ramp.
- A focused named-account strategy and targeted ABM outreach across 25 to 30 priority enterprise prospects.
- Enterprise account briefs, commercial narratives, pitch decks, business cases, pricing strategy, and close plans for your opportunities.
- Diligence audits and quantified opportunity assessments for enterprise-scale portfolio companies, coordinated with agency specialists.
- Forecast accuracy, CRM hygiene, stakeholder maps, documented next steps, and clear deal-risk escalation.
- Senior coaching and selective deal support for the Director of Business Development on Tier 3 and Tier 4 opportunities.
What a Normal Week Looks Like- Lead discovery, strategy, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and closing conversations for Tier 1 and Tier 2 opportunities.
- Advance every active enterprise deal against a documented next step, stakeholder map, commercial value, and close plan.
- Develop relationships and conduct personalized outreach across the named-account list.
- Build enterprise pitch narratives, proposals, business cases, and commercial structures for your deals.
- Partner with the Head of Growth on fund relationships, enterprise portfolio opportunities, and share-of-portfolio expansion.
- Coordinate pre-transaction diligence audits and translate the findings into quantified growth opportunities for fund partners.
- Run a weekly Tier 1 and Tier 2 pipeline review covering movement, risks, executive support, forecast, and path to quota.
- Mentor the Director of Business Development and join selected Tier 3 and Tier 4 opportunities where senior expertise will improve the likelihood of closing.
