Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Corporate Relations is responsible for overseeing all Corporate Relations employees and developing, executing and achieving UWTC’s corporate fundraising and relationship management objectives by growing and strengthening relationships with specific organizations and the employees within those organizations on a year-round basis. The Senior Director of Corporate Relations maximizes workplace giving through a concerted effort to establish, grow, and deepen relationships with company leadership, key influencers, stakeholders and donors with the goal of retaining the current donor base, while reaching new donors and growing revenue. The Senior Director of Corporate Relations will develop, implement and manage strategically guided multi-year plans directed at new business development.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages 3-5 direct reports and oversees the management of all Corporate Relations team employees.

Work Hours/Environment
Monday-Friday 8-5PM (flexible hours are permitted due to attendance and participation at early morning, evening, and weekend meetings and special events.) Normal office conditions prevail.Although remote work is permitted for this position, the individual must reside in North Texas with the ability to work from the office or other required location on a daily basis if needed and when required.
