Role OverviewThe Senior Director of Development will lead the project team responsible for designing, monitoring, and managing the processes necessary to deliver donor revenue streams and achieve goal attainment for all team members. Department team members include grants administration, patron engagement, institutional giving, audience development, and communication.Team Coordination and LeadershipAs the team coordinator, the Senior Director will align the efforts of the Board, Executive Team, and staff, ensuring clarity and feedback to optimize the flow and direction toward revenue goals.Process ManagementThe position requires a focus on simplicity and effectiveness: defining the current state, envisioning the future state, mapping transition processes, and executing both as a revenue producer and coordinator.QualificationsApplicants should demonstrate the ability to span strategic planning and hands‑on execution, articulate future pathways, and oversee comprehensive development teams.BenefitsA competitive salary and benefits package is offered.
