Primary Responsibilities:
Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the enterprise applications portfolio, including ERP and other mission-critical business systems.
Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business strategy while driving operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term growth.
Provide strategic oversight of the enterprise applications portfolio, including ERP, PLM, CRM, HRIS, MES, and other business-critical platforms.
Guide the integration and consolidation of ERP and enterprise applications to create a scalable, standardized, and efficient technology ecosystem across the organization.
Drive the successful delivery and ongoing optimization of enterprise applications to improve performance, reliability, and business outcomes.
Build and develop high-performing teams while managing vendors, budgets, and technology investments.
Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve business performance and accelerate innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
15+ years of IT leadership experience.
Aerospace and defense manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience leading Enterprise Applications within a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading teams, budgets, and strategic technology initiatives.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Compensation:
$220K$250K base + bonus (DOE)
