Description
Mike's Bikes is a community-focused bicycle retailer with stores across California and Colorado, as well as a dedicated online store. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality to our local riders while serving as a leading partner to the world's largest cycling brands. As part of the Pon.Bike portfolio, we combine a passionate, local shop culture with global corporate backing.
We are seeking a growth-oriented, hands-on (Senior) Director of Finance who can serve as both a strategic partner and operational leader within a fast-moving, multi-location retail business. If you are a finance executive who can connect big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution, improve financial discipline, and help fuel a community's love for cycling, we want to hear from you.
As a core member of the Mike's Bikes Leadership Team, the (Senior) Director of Finance serves as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director while also leading the day-to-day financial discipline of the business. This role requires someone who can move comfortably between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, from shaping long-term plans and advising on major business decisions to building dashboards, digging into financial statements, managing lease timelines, improving processes, and ensuring the details are followed through. The (Senior) Director of Finance plays a pivotal role in the corporate structure, commercial development, and ongoing management of the company, directly supporting the execution of our long-term strategic goals.
