SENIOR DIRECTOR of FP&A and PROGRAM FINANCE for Defense Manufacturing

GNR has been retained by an aggressively growing and well-positioned DEFENSE / MILITARY MANUFACTURING organization in the Melbourne, FL region.

You will play a significant role in creating the strategies, budgeting/forecasting, and identifying cost savings, and ERP implementation.

Due to rapid growth, we need an experienced and motivated self-starter FINANCE / ACCOUNTING LEADER for this fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Working closely with and reporting directly to the CFO, this is a “hands-on & on-site” position wherein you will drive long-range roadmap & quarterly forecasting, financial planning & modeling, and business analysis & operational performance.
• Proficient with Excel & Cost Accounting analysis and Cost of Goods Sold
• Collaborate with all internal departments (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain etc.) to analyze and forecast performance, identify and implement process & procedure improvements

EXPERIENCE & RESPSONSIBILITES REQUIRED:

• Minimum of 7 years of Finance experience within a MANUFACTURING environment -- high preference to those with Aerospace / Defense / Government with GAAP, DCAA, FMS, ITAR, FAR/DFARs 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with & present findings to Executive leadership, Board Members, and Internal Department leaders.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance field

• US Citizenship required
